YOUR TASKS: Lead and develop the Global Project‑Specific Costing team across multiple countries Review and validate project cost calculations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness Align with Sales Management and cross‑functional stakeholders to optimize assumptions and cost drivers Approve costing‑related risks in regional approval processes Improve and standardize global costing processes and reporting frameworks YOUR PROFILE: University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Professional experience in project costing, tendering or financial modelling within wind or construction‑related industries Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of financial KPIs and procurement strategies Proven leadership experience in multicultural and cross‑functional environments Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of VBA or SQL is an asset Excellent communication skills and fluent English; German or Spanish beneficial YOUR BENEFITS In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you: *Some offers may vary by location Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
